  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for scanning at the facility.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
